Born and raised in Pennsylvania, Bob Culin moved to Virginia while attending college and has practiced law in Northern Virginia for over thirty years. Bob is admitted to practice before all the courts in the Virginia state judicial system, as well as before the United States Supreme Court. Known for his skill at negotiation and persuasion, Bob is one of the select attorneys appointed to act as a Neutral Case Evaluator for the Fairfax County Circuit Court, being among the first group of Neutral Case Evaluators appointed.
Bob's practice focuses entirely on Domestic and Family Relations including divorce, child custody and equitable distribution. He has litigated before the Supreme Court of Virginia and the Court of Appeals, as well as Circuit Courts and Juvenile and Domestic Relations Courts in the Northern Virginia Area. Bob's distinguished career and reputation for integrity have earned him a BV, or high to very high legal ability, Martindale-Hubbell TM rating from his peers in the local bench and bar.
Bob resides in the Alexandria area with his wife, a retired school teacher.
