A general practitioner for over thirty-five years, Joe notes the emphasis of his practice has been to help Northern Virginians from all walks of life avoid legal complications and resolve those legal problems that do arise, routine to complex, in a practical and effective manner. His broad base of legal experience provides perspective which helps Joe untangle complicated legal scenarios involving multiple legal disciplines, and craft well considered solutions. His extensive experience with small business entrepreneurs and professionals, and his experience handling thousands of real estate transactions, makes Joe an asset to our Business and Real Estate Practice Group. Joe has litigated significant business and real estate disputes, which adds depth to the analysis, strategies and solutions he provides for his clients.

Joe operates a real estate settlement business and title insurance agency, providing an option for any of the firm’s clients requiring such services for their personal or business activities.

On the personal side, Joe is an avid outdoorsman, and although now “retired” from such activities, he coached and officiated as a volunteer in Northern Virginia youth sports leagues for more than twenty years.
