AUTOMOBILE FINANCE & INSURANCE PRACTICE GROUP
The CSA&D Automobile Finance & Insurance Practice Group is chaired by David A. Hirsch who has over 20 years experience in dealership representation. The attorneys in this Practice Group represent dealers and lenders in all aspects of automobile sales, leasing and financing.
In a typical transaction, the parties’ negotiations are dominated by concerns about finance and insurance products. Congress, federal agencies and the General Assembly have enacted a complex patchwork of rules regulating the sale of automobiles and the extension of credit in consumer transactions. Car loan lenders and dealerships must conduct ongoing training of loan officers and sales staff to keep up with changes the market and regulatory landscape.
