For many years, Margaret was an insurance defense litigator in both state and federal courts in South Carolina and Georgia. During that time, she became one of the co-managing partners of a well-known insurance defense law firm in Savannah, Georgia. To coincide with a move out of state, Margaret left the practice of law. After settling in the Northern Virginia area as an active duty military spouse, Margaret returned to the practice of law focusing on domestic relations and family law litigation. She has worked under the guidance of a veteran family law attorney identifying the various issues that can impact clients and their families. As a law clerk with Culin, Sharp, Autry, & Day, P.L.C., Margaret works with clients under the guidance of practice group head Julie Day to make a plan that achieves their goals and takes the anxiety out of the court process.
